"An Excellent Experience"

I have been extremely impressed with this service. i have been accessing the service since mid last year for long standing mental health issues. The service was easy to access and efficient. The reception staff are respectful and friendly. My therapist was excellent. The greatest benefit to me was the fact that my access to the service was not limited by time or number of sessions . This allowed my therapist to really help me with a battle I have had most of my life. Giving us the time we needed allowed me to delve deeper into methods of CBT available and work hard to improve my wellbeing. I am hoping this will have a long term effect. The chronic nature of my mental health benefited from this flexibility the service offered: there were no quick fixes. I thank you for the service you provide.
