"Fantastic care"

About: Russells Hall Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I recently had orthopaedic surgery. I was really nervous about my surgery but as soon as I walked onto ward B1 I felt at ease. The staff which included the consultant, theatre team, nurses, support workers, cleaners , volunteers and ward clerk were so polite and helpful nothing was too much of a problem. The staff were supportive and very caring. I would highly recommend the hospital and service to my family and friends. Keep doing what you are doing! And thank you!
