I was originally with the little surgery, and did not want to see it close. So far my experience with the sheepmarket has not been a very good one.
The receptionists are so rude, there is no need to be so rude. I am a receptionist myself and if i was as rude as these receptionists are i know i would be out of a job.
First went into to make an appointment to see a DR, having not been in the practice before i had no idea what Dr's where at the surgery, the receptionist who looked at me like i was bothering her asked my name followed by did i come from the little surgery. What Dr do you want to see then was the response, when i said i didn't know there was a slight huff and she muttered that there was a que of people waiting.
Finally i got an appointment with a Dr, who turned out to be very polite and listened and was great. If i could name them i would as this Dr is the one of very few things good about this surgery.
Saw a nurse, waited 25 minuets for her when there was no one in there, she then come out and called me in, i said she walked abit to quickly for me, ( at the time i had a ankle injury.
the response was TIME IS MONEY.
Time wasn't money when i was kept waiting for 25 minuets.
I had 4 items on my repeat prescription when i went to pick it up there was only 2 items on it, i then had to wait another 5 days for the other 2 items.
This seem's to happen every time i put my repeat in. So now have to order one item at a time as these seem's they can only handle one item at a time.
Phoning the surgery is a nightmare no one ever seems to answer, can wait 15 minuets for your call to be answered.
Usually by someone who is rude.
Seems to have a don't care attitude.
Phoning for test results is just as bad.
Always long quews at the reception desk because there is one one at the desk.
I do not like being asked why i want to see a Dr, that's personal. Why should you have to tell the receptionist about your health issues.
where is the conventionality.
The online service which i always used to order my prescriptions never works, unlike the one at the little surgery. Had to go back to the surgery twice as it wasn't working, third time it worked, but went to log in this morning only for it not to be working again, so can't order my medications, system never recognises your log in information. Very Bad.
When the merger happened we was told nothing would change and nothing would be disrupted, everything has changed, and all for the worst.
My only positive experience was with the great Dr.
"Utterly Poor, Nothing really that good to say."
