I booked my daughter in for an MMR jab ...when she arrived, the nurse had no record of what

I had booked for her, so just "presumed" she needed meningitis "because they all do" and her tetanus booster was due, so just gave those instead. I had asked Dad to take her because I had to take my son to hospital at same time...they wasnt too clear about what jab's she has had, but I felt it would be OK as I had clearly stated what I was booking her in for!.. I had clearly stated "I need an appointment for my daughter to have an MMR"...no record of this, not in notes, on screen or anywhere for Nurse to be aware of it. So just vaccination based on "presumption". Well, the presumption was wrong. I even repeated back to the receptionist when I booked, so "she is booked in for some blood test. and the second appontmne tis for her to ahve the MMR" because of previous mistakes at this practice with communication and an inability to follow a process or listen.

If you can register anywhere else, do so.
