What I liked

My care in A&was very caring and everything was advised as to why it was done.

I was there for about 16 hours but quite a bit was waiting for medic doctor - this was due ti a busy night but I was kept informed.

my problem was an excessive nose bleed which stopped but my BP went up to middle 2oo's

so it was explained that I had to wait for a more reasonable level which was aquired round about 7a.m. but I had to wait for a consultant to say I could home,this was very well received as I had been up for 27hrs and no sleep

Many thanks for my care this is also grateful thanks from my husband.

What could be improved

something to eat - 16 hrs was a long time. we had drinks provided.

We're glad that your visit went well and you were able to go home after a period of observation - it's important that we do this just to make sure that nothing gets missed. As for the food, usually there are vending machines when the various catering outlets are closed - staff will always advise on what's available.
