"Unacceptable wait times at every level"

Waiting 8-12 weeks to see someone when you can't sit down, can hardly walk, can't function without 12+ painkillers a day, is UNACCEPTABLE.

Waiting for 30-70 minutes past the appointment time every time I see a practitioner is UNACCEPTABLE. Especially when you can't sit down. (Usually at Brighouse Health Centre)

Being fobbed off for 9 years with nothing but painkillers is UNACCEPTABLE.
