What I liked

From initial tests at Burnley G.H. and further tests and examinations at R.Blackburn H., the attention and care I received was first class. I am pleased to say that my bowel cancer operation has been successful and I am indeed most grateful for the improved quality of life to my 85 years that I am now afforded.

All departments, from the clerical staff with their prompt despatch of appointment letters through to ward C14 were most efficient; Many thanks to everyone involved with my treatment and care.
