"Treated with respect and dignity"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

Dr  Wilkie Consultant Radiologist  & G Millward HCA.   I had an Ultrasound & X-rays @ Dr Gray's Hospital last week.   When I was called how wonderfully everything was explained to me & what respect & dignity I was treated with especially with using the gown.   Dr Wilkie was very thorough explaining everything as he went along even when unfortunately pain got the better of me & I ended up wincing etc he was calm, gave me time to feel ok again before he carried on. Grace took me through to the next set of x-rays & again explained everything ensuring all the time I was ok. So thank you to you both & your team, in my case it makes all the difference & certainly it makes me feel more of a person.
