"Care between hospital and home was continuous and fluid"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Specialist Children's Community Nursing (SCCN)

(as a parent/guardian),

After a few days in hospital, my daughter had to have IV medication at home as she was well enough to be discharged from hospital.   Paula and Debbie came out to administer the infusions.   They both were very friendly and professional and made my daughter and ourselves feel at ease.   The service is amazing and we felt the care between hospital and home was continuous and fluid.   Thank you very much to Paula and Debbie!
