"I agree with the negative reviews below"

This surgery is very poor indeed. They have very rude receptionists and, overall, the place is badly run.

I was in the same position as a reviewer below. I made two completely justified and reasonable complaints to the surgery. I was met with hostility, doubt and disinterest from the practice on each occasion. I never had these answered within a reasonable time frame and it was clear that they intended to put the blame on me from the outset. In the end I was removed from the patient list for a breakdown of relationship by the surgery (which I believe was just used by them as an easy way to get rid of me as they are not receptive to feedback). However, I disputed this via many official avenues but, as stated by the other reviewer, the GMS contract does allows these institutions to act the way they want.

I was never rude, aggressive or argumentative with any administration staff or doctor at the practice. This was actually completely the opposite. I had to ask them many times to remain professional. I reached out for adult conversations on many occasions but, don't believe the responses the reviews below get, despite the centre asking you to get in touch this will not be to rectify any problems.

This has been my surgery since birth and it used to be really good but its been run into the ground. I love the Whitchurch area and its such a shame that we are served by such a paltry health centre with staff with such poor attitudes.

This review is likely to get a response from the centre but it will most likely be to pass the blame on to me as the patient for which I can assure you I am a professional and conduct myself professionally. There is no blame that can be put on me.
