"My cataract procedure"

The initial assessment was my first introduction to the Circle Bath Hospital. During the visit and consultation I was impressed by all members of staff and surgeons with whom I was in contact. The relaxed and efficient atmosphere gave me considerable reassurance for the upcoming day procedure.

Although there was plenty of guidance and general advice well before the operation, the staff made sure that on the day of the operation I was sufficiently acquainted with what was to happen.

I am not the most relaxed person under circumstances like these and the attending staff did their best to keep me calm.

The procedure was quick, without incident and the surgeon pleased with the outcome.

I have the confidence that the second implant will be as successful and, of course, I hope it will be performed at Circle Bath Hospital.
