Referred by NEMS at 2.30am Saturday morning for an 8.30am GP appointment for our son at our request. Arrived, was seen early and the Dr was excellent. Pharmacy on site so my son's Croup was solved without need of an Ambulance. Also have to credit NHS 111 and NEMS - seamless and efficient way to avoid ambulance resource being used for an important but not life threatening need. Thanks to all involved, a very comfortable little boy by 10am!
