"What a pleasant surprise"

About: Mount Vernon Hospital Site / Dermatology

I attended the hospital for a biopsy.

From the excellent signage and easy parking to promp appointment it was all very good.

I was very impressed by the large airy waiting area and ease of being called to see the doctor.

I was early but was also seen ten minutes before my appointed time.

The doctor and nurse were helpful and friendly making a unpleasant experience much better.

The NHS experience was excellent.

Not what I expected at all.
