I've been with CTD for about 4 years and the services they offer has been great.

I am currently taking 20ml methadone and redeucing myself (slowly).

I hope to be free and clean from everything by Christmas this year.

It's good to know that the services within Ashley House are helping you I I am sure with continued support the changes you have made will continue.If you have not already done so I would ask you to consider trying the recovery groups or joining the service user volunteer group.You can do this by asking at reception or discussing this with your key-worker at your next appointment.
