I was scheduled to have the marsupialisation of my right Bartholin's cyst under general anaesthetic at the beginning of March. The waiting time between my first visit to the GP and the actual operation took a few months but was still within the standard time. I was a bit worried about the operation because I had not used the Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline before. I did not know anything about their surgeons or nurses, either. However, once I entered the premises all my worries vanished as everyone treated me a lot of attention and with a smile on their face. All members of staff were friendly, professional, thorough with the pre-checks and had a caring attitude. I was very well looked after and my surgery went very smoothly. I wanted to leave a very positive feedback for them to show how much I appreciate what they did for me that day. The deserve to be praised.
