My terrified daughter came in for surgery to remove some teeth. Whilst the anesthetist and theatre staff were nice the nurses and doctors in ward 14 were unacceptably rude, aggressive , uncaring and completely disorganising. It was an horrendous experience for her.
Am absolutely appalled that nurses and doctors can be so aggressive and dismissive and something seriously needs to be done and I am contemplating filing an official complaint
