Was sent to emergency care unit on 15th Dec by GP. Seen very quickly and after various tests was put on antibiotic drip and taken to ward 20 by the afternoon.
Stayed in for a week and had gallbladder removed. A couple of days delay before op due to more urgent cases in via A and E which is understandable. Staff on ward 20 were amazing
I can’t praise the nurses enough but also health care workers, cleaners and volunteers.
All took time to speak with me.
Monitored well after op due to allergic reaction to morphine.
Thank you all.
I hope staff on ward 20 see this!
"Fantastic!"
