About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Cardiology

I had a angiogram 6/03/18 and I have to say I cannot fault the staff on either professionalism or the care I received . From start to finish I was kept informed of what was happening and what to expect .Brilliant job by all from the consultants , theatre staff ,doctors ,nurses and health carers and even the man who brought me tea , they all showed an amazing level of compassion to someone who suffers extreme anxiety ,and was not feeling well ,nothing was too much trouble ,what a great team , especially for putting up with my panic induced comments .I thank you all .

I am so pleased that you have taken the time to share your experience when you attended our Cardiac Investigation Unit for an angiogram, especially as it was understandably an extremely anxious time for you. Please accept my apologies for the delay in responding to you.

I hope that your review reassures other patients that all staff will treat them compassionately and with professionalism whilst providing the best possible medical care and treatement. It is wonderful to hear that you were kept informed from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble.
