"Physio dept. hand clinic group session"

A really informative group session to learn more about the management of osteo arthritis in the hands. This was run by a knowledgeable physiotherapist who answered our questions and showed us some helpful exercises. There were 6 friendly people in the group and we were given time to share experiences and offer tips for support. We were given a hand wax treatment which was very relaxing and beneficial. The session lasted about 45 minutes. I would recommend other people to attend.
