Two weeks after ankle joint replacement surgery I attended the Plaster Room after an x-ray and being seen by the consultant who performed the surgery.
Waiting times to see all three were minimal (Less than ten minutes); the system appeared to be running smoothly though there were many patients waiting in all areas. Staff were busy.
Everyone who dealt with me was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful as well as professional.
In the Plaster Room the staff replaced my temporary pot with a full one and I could even choose the colour. The staff were extremely busy but frequently checked I was OK whilst waiting for my pot to harden.
All in all I was in and out of the building in about an hour . Remarkable!
Thanks everyone and keep up the good work.
