"They have become unreliable"

I have been under there care for a year and a half. And they simply do not return phone calls.

On 4 occasions they have promised to phone back and they never do.

The duty support worker that is supposed to ring you is a joke. My care co-ordinator is always off sick and promises appointments but never keeps them. Im actually going to ditch the bedale completely and refuse to see them now.

Unfortunately im on a depot injection so im supposed to see them once a month as i have schizophrenia - but i will see my GP and get pills instead. I originally gave them five stars - but i beleive this was too hasty. The doctor is a condescending man that belongs in the 1950's and i want nothing to do with them again. Roger Robinson.
