"Reassuring, comforting and restoring of..."

What I liked

The staff in the medical assessment unit were wonderful, very professional and attentive, making me and my wife feel at ease and safe. We were seen very quickly and the issue resolved as far as it could be within good time. The doctor and consultant from Neurology were friendy and helpful and I felt i was in safe hands. I would recommend The Hallamshire.

What could be improved

Probably the repetion of blood pressure and questions, from initial visit the The Northern General to The Hallamshire, the blood pressure and questions were repeated about five times. Not a complaint - just a comment-there's probably good reason for it.
