As I spend a lot of time out of the UK due to my job, I asked the practice to send any correspondence to my daughters address, or to send me an email.
The responce was to remove me from the practice list as I had supposedly moved out of the area.
I did try to tell them a number of times that I had not moved but I was not at my address for most of the time to answer letters, but the attitude of the 'dictatorial' administrative staff from the clinic made no allowance for explanations.
It is still a mystery to me who benefits by my removal from the practice list, as its certainly not me.
I am now struggling to get registered and to obtain my prescribed medicines.
