Received text reminder, fab! Arrived at clinic, booked in, pacemaker clinic is usually checked by receptionist - this has been removed, so when technicians are called to emergency and clinic runs behind by 60 mins there is no one to advise.
The update display TV is useless. You do have to wait for a nurse to appear to ask what is happening. When you arrive on time and are kept waiting it is irritating. I took the afternoon off work to attend. Perhaps a whiteboard they could write a message on would help?
