"A cheerful, knowledgable team working in..."

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

What I liked

My son was taken I'll while camping at silverstone, I brought him in to a and e, with suspected appendicitis.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated so unbelievably well. All the team were cheerful, talkative, and all bar none kept me informed of what was going on, their expectations and plans.

My son was seen by quite a number of nurses, doctors etc but all were well versed in what was going on and the teamwork seemed exceptional, nothing seemed to much trouble and I am confident that should there be another issue whilst still at silverstone, they would be as true as their word and have my son straight back in.

Nobody wants to be in this situation but this team really did give confidence and made it as good as it could get. Thank you so much.
