"We would never leave this practice"

As a married couple attending the surgery we always find the receptionists, doctors and nurses to be very professional in all their actions. We have had some very difficult illnesses to contend with but this has not put the staff off at all. In one instance my husband was really ill and was referred to the hospital for tests, x rays, scans etc for diagnosis but were failed really badly by them on all counts but for one of our doctors in particular at the surgery this was not going to stop him finding out exactly what was wrong and he did so therefore my husband got well again as much as is possible.

Anyone who has had a bad experience with the surgery wants to hear what other people have to say about there doctor's surgery it makes ours seem like a first class surgery which it is. We would never leave this practice unless they closed down for some reason or we left to go and live somewhere out of their range.

As for the reception staff we have never experienced anything other than the ladies being friendly, polite and very helpful and understanding. They have even telephoned us to let us know (via a doctor) if anything is wrong and we need to attend an appointment. When we have told family and friends about this they have all made similar comments to say that this does not happen at their surgery so we feel very lucky indeed to have such a good practice.
