What could be improved

Got appointment for rheumatology [after 2 years]. No map or directions to department/clinic within a sprawling complex. Signposts at hospital not much better. The website is useless. If you click on 'contact a specific department' it is blank. Well done. Try putting a detailed map in the appt card and having one here to show where you need to go. Rheumatology means it is unlikely you can walk far to find where you need to go.

Solent NHS Trust is sorry you did not receive a paper map with your appointment letter as this is routine practice. We would like to apologise if this was not the case in this instance and for any inconvenience this caused.

Solent NHS Trust has just become a stand alone organisation and is currently working with NHS Choices to update the website appropriately.
