"Professional and considerate"

Needed to speak to a receptionist today with a tricky dilemma and needing specific appointment times. She could not have been more patient and considerate and I would like to express my huge thanks.

I have always been treated courteously and kindly by various staff and doctors within the practice and I feel the services offered are excellent. I recently had time with the Macmillan nurse based at Rawdon. It’s a pilot scheme but what fantastic provision for a local surgery.

I very rarely write reviews but I feel very grateful for the help I received today and over previous years. Thank you.
