In March 2018 I attended Freeman Hospital, Newcastle to undergo an cystoscopy procedure.

My whole experience from checking in to Ward 1 right up to procedure carried out by Mr Veeratterapillay and his team was exemplary and a credit to our NHS. The nursing staff on Ward 1 were friendly and cheerful and made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Overall top marks for everyone I had the privilege to cross paths with.
