"Endoscopy department - fantastic patient..."

Everything about my appointment in the Endoscopy department was exemplary. Attended for a Flexible Sigmoidoscopy.

All nursing staff members went above and beyond to care for me, put me at ease and treat me with dignity.

I was given lots of important information before my appointment which was really helpful in preparation and this was all gone over again on arrival with a nurse for my appointment to ensure I understood the procedure and ask any Q's if I had any.

The patient journey was smooth and I felt looked after during the whole process.

I cannot thank the whole department enough for making me as comfortable as possible during a usually not very nice procedure.
