"St Austell Health Care, what a joke."

The last word in the title of the service is "care" what a joke, the management of this"service" is a complete shambles, with what I consider to be "non existent" in the caring department.

Getting an appointment is at the very best, extremely difficult, this five day "call back" sometimes does not work, and in any case it may not be appropriate to talk on the phone at the time of the call back, if it happens.

I have just spoken to the "complaints manager" who could only apologize with regard to this hopeless ongoing situation, I mean, what is the point if that, it's doing that counts and changing for the better that counts, something that St Austell Health Care have no idea how to do. It would appear that you are not able to change anything, not able to make an appointment, not able to speke to a doctor of choice, not able to register with the doctor of choice, you are put on a "list" of a doctor that you never see, without your knowledge that this has happened, you just find out somehow.

When you complain all you get is "sorry" what a waste of time and energy, just like this, I very much suspect, complaint!!!!!!!!!
