"I appreciate their support"

About: South West London And St George's Mental Health NHS Trust

(as a student nurse),

each of the healthcare professionals within this team provides high quality of care and unique service. i have observed diverse members of the team during assessment and noticed their compassion and dedication towards their job and patients. The patients are holistically looked after and provided with positive support. If my family member require dementia assessment or support I would be more than happy to bring them to the Cheam resource Centre where Sutton Older People's CMHT is based. The team works in liaison with other teams such as Challenging Behaviour Team and Intensive home treatment team. This collaboration and multidisciplinary teams are ensuring that all patients needs are met.

The team supports me and give me time to learn and understand how they work and I appreciate their support. I never felt like I am bothering or asking too many questions although their case load is very busy. great community opportunity.
