Very happy with my experience here. I have been looked after very well. My key worker was very nice understood all my needs and went out of her way to help me even when I did not understand what my needs were.

Inclusion and Nicky have been so good the best service and person I have dealt with in a long time.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments. We really value this. I think what you said about Nicky helping you understand what your needs were is really interesting. Sometimes we assume people know what they need to fix things but in reality we need someone else to sit down and talk us through everything. It sounds like this is what happened with you. When you know what your needs are I guess the hard work starts, trying to address them and make things better al round.

So well done so far and keep going in your recovery!
