"Urology admission"

About: Victoria Hospital / Urology

(as a carer),

My wife has multiple sclerosis, she has had a suprapubic catheter for a few days and she has been laying in her own urine. I have changed her pads every hour. The district nurses changed her catheter but still no joy, called the district nurses again after 3 days - changed two catheters.  She is still laying in her urine.

Our doctor contacted urology at victoria hospital but a doctor at urology thinks that my wife is not an emergency.

Wonder how they would feel if it was their spouse laying in urine for days.

Why can't they admit my wife into the hospital?
