"PSA prostate cancer tests"

I am a 68 year old male in good health, made appointment to see the doctor about back pain, full examination provided by the Doctor, blood test arranged that showed a higher than normal PSA reading, a second blood test was arranged that showed an even higher PSA reading.

Another Doctor telephoned me at home at 7.30pm to advise me of the higher PSA result and immediately made arrangements for me to see a Prostate Cancer specialist.in Southampton, as always exceptional patient care shown to me by this doctor.

Within 10 days I was meeting with the Prostate Cancer specialist and a course of action has been put in place, also on the very next day the first Doctor I saw telephoned me at home to see how the meeting with the specialist went, exceptional patient care.

I have been told by the specialist, that thanks to the Doctors at Abbeywell Surgery hopefully the outcome will be positive, I have been a patient at Abbeywells Surgery for over 40 years now, as have my wife and now our own children and now their children.
