"Useless Care & Support Provided"

Another appointment cancelled, this time the Dr was not even there to see me. I am ill and need help but because i am not barking mad i do not seem to be deemed ill enough for any support.
How ill do i have to be to receive some help!

We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced cancelled appointments.
We are experiencing challenges in provided continuity of staffing and minimalizing cancellations and are doing some work in reorganising community services which are aimed to improve in this area.
