About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health (inpatient)

(as a service user),

I am a long term mental health service user and I also have arthritis and back pain. I have been attending IT classes and doing clerical work, this has helped me with my confidence.

The tutor and volunteers are very helpful but do not push you too hard like they would in a college.
