"Not taking responsibility"

About: Warrington Hospital / General medicine

(as a relative),

My dad was admitted because he couldn't pass water. They inserted a drain to help him but when it came to change it he started with an infection, got sent home a few days ago at 10 am saying he was ok without a catheter. At 6pm the same day he was in excruciating pain and had to be transmitted to hospital but the staff on A6 didn't want to take responsibility. Now he's home with a catheter inserted after spending the night in A&E and on ward A4. Not happy with the care on A6.
