About: NHS 24

(as a service user),

It is not often I have high praises for NHS24 and it’s handling of mental health issues. However, I really wanted to say thank you to one of the Mental Health nurses. Alicia was amazing with me. She was so patient and calm. It really was appreciated. I could have screamed at her but she kept me talking and reassured me. If only it could be like that every time!
