(as the patient),

Very let down by the hospital service leaves a lot to be desired on the appointment department side after leaving my telephone number and got an answer machine and had no contact from surgeons about what is happening to my stomach surgery as nobody has told me anything about my appointment date

I have now got a date for my stomach surgery now so hopefully it will take place as planned and it won't be changed
