"Wrong Perscription"

About: Hattersley Group Practice

I have been prescribed the wrong contraceptive pill 3 times by this surgery - I am on the combined pill and they keep giving me the mini pill. I called up last week to get this resolved AGAIN and the prescription was not there even though I was advised on the phone that it would be available for collection.

I have called up to query this AGAIN and the admin staff are incredibly unhelpful.

I was put on hold without even being informed and then told I was wrong... I was then corrected on how I was pronouncing the name of the mini pill which is also unhelpful and irrelevant as this is not the pill I should be prescribed anyway!

I have now been told that the admin staff need to review this and I should call back later. Again, not helpful as I have now been waiting for the correct prescription for 2 weeks.

General patient care by the staff is dreadful. I will be changing doctors imminently.
