About: Hemel Hempstead Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I received today two letters about appointments for me to attend physiotherapy.  

1/  for the 16th March and

1/ for the 1st March which you have noticed has past, date printed 2nd March, this seem a waste of paper, envelope, ink and postage during these times of budget cuts for the NHS.

We are constantly told (quite rightly) that missed appointments cost the NHS £150 each.

Please investigate and eliminate this ongoing waste of money.
