"Husband attended SDAU for op on AC joint,,day..."

My hubby recently attended the SDAU for an operation on his AC joint(shoulder area),,as a day patient,,he has multiple illnesses both physical &mental and was treated with the utmost respect and care at all times,although a long day nurses went out of their way to chat with him and keep him calm and make sure he was ok,,he knew what was happening at all times and came home although very sore , both of us can’t thank the departments involved from the consultant,registrar,nurses even the receptionist etc for their care,help and guidance and kindness to us both ensuring we felt comfortable about things,,we spend a lot of time at the N & N and we cannot fault anything whatsoever,,,so THANK YOU to all who work there and the NHS in general,amazing selfless people!!!
