About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

(as the patient),

Quality of care, very thorough and well informed.

Nurses, Doctors + consultants all worked together to treat me with the best quality and respect.

Staff nurses have big workload and responsibility but never complained or failed to fulfill their duty.

Excellent admission, pre-op treatment and follow onto ward.

Excellent treatment to and from theatre.

Excellent post op care on ward by all staff.

Kept well informed by all involved in my operation + aftercare.

Sent home with advice + follow up care advice.

Follow up appointment received promptly by post.
