"Counselling"

The counselling I received at John Taylor Hospice really helped. 

I was always welcomed by the reception team on arrival and my councillor was very approachable.
Lynne was a great listener and very accurate in her follow-up. The counselling made me feel that I was heading in the right direction and I now feel very different to how I felt two years ago. 
I appreciate the time given to me with no restrictions on the meetings I would like to attend.
