"Holly bank ward Cannock chase hospital"

About: New Cross Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Had shoulder surgery as day case patient staff couldn’t do enough for you all friendly and helpful like the way the ward cleaner made a point of saying hello and asking if I was ok temperatures in rooms was only gripe was cold everywhere but was asked by sister if wanted a blanket but lots of building work still be done which may be reason for temperature
