What I liked

This is the content of a "Thank You" card we gave to the ward staff following the illness and death of our mother. It sums up our feelings .

"To all the doctors, nurses and care assistants who looked after our mother while she was on Ward G3. We would like to express our thanks for all you did for Mum. In these times when we constantly hear and read of lack of care for the elderly in hospitals we have been most impressed by the care, treatment and attention given to Mum in her last weeks. We have also been grateful for the quick, open and honest communication of her changing condition and planned treatment and care. Again - thank you all"
