What I liked
Very frustrating to find the unit closed at noon on a Saturday, so had to go to Crawley to have my injury treated. Is there nowhere in the Horsham vicinity where a minor injury can be seen at the weekend - or should I dial 999? Why are your opening hours not shown on the nhs website? - that might at least have saved a fruitless visit. NHS Direct was experiencing overload, so was unable to advise reasonably fast.
What could be improved
Show opening hours on nhs website.
