What could be improved

On 3 June my wife attended Kings Ward to have an intravenus tube removed. There were no anti septic hand wash anywhere from the main entrance to the ward. Again today I delivered a specimen to pathology and again no hand gel anywhere Is this your policy? I know that other hospitals are very insistant for all visitors to use the gel dispesners throughout their hospital.
