What I liked
The staff were pleasant and caring despite being very busy. Correct diagnosis.
What could be improved
The hospital has since gone into Special Measures so this report is academic but it may help to see why this happened. We became concerned at the lack of hygiene: initially it all looked fine and then we started to notice thngs: the staff were not washing their hands between patients and this is a leading cause of cross infection . We eventually decided to leave and tranferred to another hospital out of the area which specialises in the condition we had - and with scrupulous hygiene to boot.
"Worrying"
